The tracking of my XM1 is cutting out/it seems like my XM1 is briefly disconnecting with the cursor sticking in place before continuing to move.

If you haven't already, please try flashing to a firmware 2.x version and then setting the lift-off distance (LoD) in the software from 2 to 3mm. If that doesn't help, please contact our support team.
