Advance Replacement Program
For verified product defects, Endgame Gear may offer an advance replacement at its sole discretion. This service is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.
If approved:
- A replacement unit is shipped immediately, before the defective product is returned
- Customers must return the defective unit within 14 days of receiving the replacement
- Failure to return the defective product within the specified time frame may result in a charge for the replacement unit
