  • Retaining valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice, receipt, or order confirmation
  • Providing accurate and complete information when submitting warranty or RMA claims
  • Returning defective products to Endgame Gear when required as part of the warranty or RMA process

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, claim denial, or additional charges.
