Sometimes, users may notice a slight variation in the tension of the buttons on our mice. For your information, as part of our quality control (QC) procedure, the factory thoroughly checks the tension on the buttons to ensure they fall within the same range. However, it's important to note that individual sensitivity to button tension may vary among users. Regarding the OP1 wired series, it's quite easy to open the mouse and adjust the tension by tweaking the screws located under the MB1/MB2 daughterboards. In terms of sound, it is completely normal for optical switches to produce a different sound compared to traditional switches. The unique asymmetrical (internal) design of most of our mice can also amplify these differences in sound. However, this variation in sound is nothing to worry about and, in most cases, falls within the range of normal operation. If you're unsure, just let us know and we'll help you out!
