The Motion Jitter Filter helps when the mouse cursor moves erratically on its own. Motion jitter is mostly noticeable at high CPIs, such as 6400, particularly when you slowly place the mouse down and then stop moving it.
This issue occurs very rarely during idle moments after moving the mouse without lifting it beforehand.
Depending on the surface, your experience may vary, and the effect might be more pronounced on some surfaces than others.
For example, we haven't noticed any difference in jitter when using 800 CPI, whether the filter is on or off.
