If your Endgame Gear wireless mouse works when connected via USB-C cable but isn't responding wirelessly, the mouse may have lost its pairing with the dongle.
In many cases, this can be resolved by re-pairing the mouse and dongle.
1. Check your connection
- Make sure your mouse is turned on.
- Make sure the dongle is connected to your PC.
- Check whether your mouse works when connected directly to your PC using a USB-C cable.
- Mouse doesn't work when connected via USB-C cable either? Please follow our Device Not Found Guide instead.
2. Re-pair your mouse and dongle
- Open the Endgame Gear software and select the Pairing tab, or press Alt + P.
- Start the pairing process. If you cannot click the pairing option, use a second mouse to do so.
- Press and hold LMB + MMB (scroll wheel) + RMB until the LED starts blinking yellow.
- Follow the instructions in the software to complete pairing.
If pairing through the software fails, press and hold LMB + MMB (scroll wheel) + RMB until the LED starts blinking yellow. While the mouse is in pairing mode, disconnect and reconnect the dongle to your PC.
