If the device is not detected, you can try to force boot loader reset.
- Make sure your Endgame Gear software and all other mouse/peripheral software is closed.
- For wireless mice, turn the switch on the bottom plate "OFF".
- Plug your EndGame Gear mouse into your mainboard (via the rear ports)
- If the device isn't detected, connect a second mouse to run the latest firmware update. https://www.endgamegear.com/downloads
- If all else fails, plug the mouse in while holding down LMB + RMB to reset bootloader mode and flash the firmware (or LMB + MB + RMB)
