In fast-paced games, especially first-person shooters, angle snapping can interfere with the player's ability to make precise micro-adjustments, as it may incorrectly assume the user wants to move in a straight line, potentially causing missed shots.
Most modern gaming mice do not include angle snapping by default, as high-quality sensors are designed to provide raw, unaltered input for maximum accuracy.
