RMA Issuance
Once your warranty claim has been approved, Endgame Gear will issue an RMA and provide the following information:
- RMA or ticket number for reference and tracking
- Shipping instructions, including the return address and any special requirements
- Packaging guidelines to ensure the product is returned safely and without damage during transit
Please follow the provided instructions carefully, as returns without a valid RMA number may not be accepted.
